Where Neptune Property sets up your property with suitable tenants after which you will look after the property yourself.

We do this by:

Appraising of property and taking inventory list
Advertising the property and arrange viewings
Screen applications
Prepare lease under Residential Tenancies Acts and register with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB)
Transfer of utilities to tenant’s name and take deposit

Management – Currently 138 beds under management

Where Neptune let the property as above and look after the ongoing running of the property until
the tenants vacate. In addition to above Neptune Property will:

Collect rent from tenants and follow up on any arrears
Organise any repairs from our list of tradesmen
Ongoing inspections and final inspection after tenants leave
Deduction of any arrears, repairs or cleaning from deposit
Refund balance of deposit
Take meter readings and transfer utilities back into name of landlord
Ensure Residential Tenancies Acts are being adhered to
